The day begins with the Capo market stalls tour, in search of the best raw materials to use for the preparation of the recipes. Back at Casa Nostra Bistrot, our chef will explain to you in detail all the secrets for making typical Mediterranean dishes, dishes that can be easily made once back home. You will take part in all stages of the dishes preparation: first course, main course and dessert!
Some examples? Baked pasta, pasta with sardines, beccafico sardines (local fish seasoned, breaded and then fried) or the ricotta cannolo! During the cooking class you will taste 2 local wines. Once the preparation is finished, it will be time to taste everything you have prepared!
